Asahi Rubber Black Pro-M Chopping Board

This is the Rolls Royce of chopping boards, providing a great surface to cut on and crucially protecting your edge from dulling.

Asahi rubber is gentle on knife blades and has scratch-resistant, anti-bacterial, wood-like properties. It has a great weight with an anti-slip surface. It can be gently scrubbed clean - try a tawashi brush - and is resistant to staining or picking up odours.
